The Sam Davis Home and Plantation is a stunning setting for your wedding celebration. This home, built in 1810, still exudes much of its original charm with antique furnishings gracing much of the home's interior. The Sam Davis Home is located in Smyrna, Tennessee, on 160-acres that are still used today to harvest crops. For your wedding day imagine an outdoor ceremony by Stewart's Creek or in the blooming Cotton Fields. The Historic Sam Davis Home and Plantation has a variety of sites for your wedding reception, each one brimming with elegance. For those seeking a relaxed rustic venue the Barn at the Sam Davis home is a popular site for dancing and dining in ease. The Creek House is a cozy option for a small reception that is intimate. A wooden interior and fireplace will have all your guests feeling right at home. The Sam Davis Visitor Center provides your celebration with a traditional reception site. This simple banquet hall is great to adorn with special wedding decorations. The Veranda, just off the Visitor Center can provide your wedding reception with a covered outdoor space that is romantic.Venue Notes
The rental fees range from $350 to $2,500 for a ceremony and/or reception.Additional hours can be arranged for a fee of $150/hr. A refundable security deposit of $200-$500 is required. All pricing is dependent upon package selected.Amenities And Requirements
