Silent Wings Museum Overview
Where history meets patriotism sits Silent Wings Museum, a beautiful facility to host your special day! With the mission to preserve and promote the history of the World War II military glider program, Silent Wings Museum now features a wall of floor-to-ceiling windows that stream in an abundance of natural lighting that will cast a heavenly glow over your festivities. From a theatre to various galleries, the entire museum is available to rent for you to celebrate your big day with family and friends. For the couples looking to have an outdoor ceremony, the Patriot Plaza is available as a picturesque backdrop for vow exchanges as well.Venue Notes
The rental fee is $600 for a ceremony and reception and includes 4 hours of event time excluding set up and clean up time. The fee for a ceremony only wedding is $600. A refundable security deposit of $150 is required. Bar service is provided by Civic Lubbock Inc. Please note there is a 3 hour minimum for security guards when alcohol is served.Amenities And Requirements
