House Estate Overview
Only 45 minutes northwest of Houston, a historic Texas plantation sits on 18 sprawling acres and exudes southern charm. A cattle ranch since the 1800s, House Estate is a quaint and expansive venue that will host your nuptials in true Texas style. Imagine a charming outdoor ceremony beneath a lovely white gazebo, flanked by blue sky and two sparkling lakes. In colder months you’ll say your vows in the Great Room, with lush fabric cascading from the ceiling and lovely views of the meadow from the floor-to-ceiling windows. After your magical nuptials, guests will enjoy a cocktail on the porch as they wait for your stunning photos on the ranch to finish. The large Great Room is elegantly decorated as your wedding vision comes to life before your eyes. With plenty of room to dine and dance, your guests will remember you wedding day at House Estate for years to come.Venue Notes
The rental fee is $9,700 for ceremony and reception and includes 5 hours of event time, all staff including coordinator, bartenders, security, dj, wedding linens, chivari tables and chairs, wedding decor, coffee, tea, and lemonade, set up and tear down, glassware and silverware, and more are included in rental fee. Prices start at only $12.50 pp over 100 guests. The estate and grounds are yours for the day as we only do one event a day. Additional hours can be arranged for a fee of $700/hr.
