The Publican Overview

The Publican is a beer-focused restaurant that serves an eclectic menu of farmhouse inspired fare in a space evocative of a European beer hall. The Publican is available for private buyouts and weddings! The Publican can accommodate up to 125 for a seated meal or 175 for a reception style event. A full restaurant buyout includes exclusive access to the entire restaurant and a customized menu for you and your guests. The Publican’s evening private events space is located across the street at Publican Quality Meats. Publican Quality Meats can accommodate a seated dinner for up to 42 guests and reception style events for up to 125 guests. Cooking classes, butchering classes and intimate dinners can be hosted at the chef’s table located in the heart of our kitchen for up to 24 guests. The possibilities are endless! Enjoy the rustic charm and elegance of this spectacular restaurant on your wedding day.

Venue Notes

The rental fee ranges from $18,000 to $25,000 for a ceremony and reception and includes 6 hours of event time excluding set up and clean up time. Please note plated meals are family style.
