Venue Notes

The rental fee ranges from $1,000 to $2,000 for a reception and includes 6 hours of event time excluding set up and clean up time. There is a food and beverage minimum of $4,000 to $6,000 applied to all events. Additional hours can be arranged for a fee of $150/hr.

- Alcohol must be provided by venue- All food and beverage handled by venue- Amplified music OK indoors and outdoors- Catering provided by venue- Food & beverage minimum- Music must end by 2:00AM- No rice, birdseed, confetti, etc.- No smoking- Rice, confetti, glitter allowed (throwables) are allowed at an additional fee- Venue must approve all decorations
