Portland Center Stage at The Armory Overview

THE ARMORY is a beautiful and unique location for weddings. Our Wedding Package includes all standard rental amenities, as well as these additional accommodations and services: Wedding Package additional amenities • Ceremony, dinner & reception space in one stunning setting • 1 hour pre-wedding rehearsal (subject to building availability) • Consultation & coordination through the planning stages • Day-of on-site coordination including timeline management, vendor coordination including catering, rental provider, officiant, & other vendors, venue management & facility logistics • Additional set-up time for décor & rentals • Dressing Rooms and Green Room for wedding party use (subject to availability) • Complete setup of PCS stock lounge furniture, tables, & chairs • Furniture resets throughout the event as needed • Two complimentary Portland Center Stage season flexpasses included. • Upgraded wedding seating available at $2.50 per chair (up to 200)

Venue Notes

For an event that includes all of the above amenities as well as the Event Manager to coordinate all of the vendors and venue details for the wedding day, our normal rate is $4500 for Monday through Thursday, $5000 for Friday or Sunday, and $5500 for Saturday (Please note: holiday weekend rates incur an additional $500 fee.) Wedding rates may vary based on the needs of your event.

Requirements

- Alcohol must be served by licensed bartender/caterer- Amplified music OK indoors only- Choose from a list for catering- General liability insurance required- Music must end by midnight- No open flames- No rice, birdseed, confetti, etc.- Smoking outside only- Venue must approve all decorations
