Estate Ranch Overview
Your wedding celebration will be a day to remember at the Estate Ranch. The Estate Ranch is the private residence of the Vezer Family on a 31-acre vineyard. This expansive winery can host both your wedding reception as well as ceremony. The courtyard and lawn area of the vineyard is perfect for a beautiful country reception. You will wed your love under a beautiful awning overlooking the rolling hills. After this magnificent ceremony move to the venue’s large tent. This outdoor reception will enliven the senses with the colors of the lush vineyard. You and your guests will enjoy wining and dining on the lawn. The tent has a vaulted ceiling that creates a large open shelter for you and your guests. A wooden dance floor can be installed on the lawn to encourage a night of dancing with friends and family. The Estate Ranch provides a wedding that is elegant, close to nature and filled with fun.Venue Notes
The rental fee is $7,900 for a ceremony and reception. The rental fee includes 6 hours of event time excluding set up and clean up time, and wine purchase is required for all events. The set up fee for a ceremony only wedding ranges from $3,000 to $4,000 depending on total guest count. Additional hours can be arranged for a fee. 50% of the site rental fee is required to book a wedding date. Only Vezer Family wine can be served; however, no wine minimum is required. Requirements
- Alcohol must be provided by venue- Amplified music OK indoors and outdoors- Approved outside caterer allowed- Beer and wine only- General liability insurance required- Music must end by 9:30PM- No open flame- No rice, birdseed, confetti, etc.- No wine minimum is required- Smoking in designated areas only- Soft drink/juices can be brought in- Valet/shuttle is recommended, not required- Vezer wine is served- Wedding coordinator required
