The Old Town Hall is a classic wedding venue located in the heart of downtown Fairfax, Virginia. The Town Hall was built in 1900 in neo-classical style. The interior is filled with striking details such as Tuscan order columns, a fanlight window, and round-headed gabled dormers. The Old Town has a reception room as well as an indoor ceremony site. For those seeking an outdoor ceremony the Pozer Garden, a Fairfax favorite with beautiful flower gardens and large trees, is just next door. The Old Town Hall reception room is neutrally colored and will match any wedding décor theme. This inviting space is comfortable and sophisticated. An evening of dancing and dining is sure to ensue at the Old Town Hall. It has been the site of Fairfax parties for generations and will not let your special day down. The rental fee ranges from $75/hr to $300/hr. There is a 2-hour minimum required for Monday through Thursday events and a 5-hour minimum required for Friday through Sunday and holiday events. Additional hours can be arranged for a fee and varies based on rental space. Rental fees in spot estimate reflect a 1-hour ceremony and 6-hour reception timeframe including setup and breakdown. A refundable security deposit ranging from $250 to $450 is required. **Please note that events over 150 guests must be split between 2 floors for a seated dinner reception.
