Venue Notes

There is no rental fee for the reception. Please inquire with the venue for the exact food and beverage minimum applied to all events. The minimum will fluctuate based on peak days, day of the week, total guest count, and the space rented. The wedding package includes food and alcohol. However the venue offers a preferred list of caterers and outside caterers. Please inquire for exact rental fees and details. The venue allows 5 hours of event time excluding set up and clean up time. The set up fee for a ceremony only wedding ranges from $7,500 to $15,000. Additional hours can be arranged for a fee. Custom bar packages are available with top shelf brand liquor.
