Bright Hope House is a stunning in-town custom private home with easy town access and only the finest finishes and amenities. This luxury home is perfect for a large group of your closest family and friends to celebrate your wedding. The home offers a tasteful mix of western furnishing and decor, ranging from historic Victorian styles to more rustic log and lodge furnishings. Perfectly designed for entertaining, this spacious mountain retreat is nearly 4,200 square feet and covers two levels with all the amenities expected in a top-of-the-line mountain vacation home. On a quiet, forested residential street, Bright Hope House is an easy drive or shuttle ride from Main Street and will feel like a true getaway for your guests. The four bedrooms include two master suites on the first floor, both with French doors leading out to private decks. The custom master bathrooms each feature granite counter tops, steam showers with rain shower heads and corner jetted tubs. The lodge has 4 bedrooms + loft space and 3.5 baths and can sleep up to 13 people overnight. For wedding bookings, a 25% discount is applied off of the nightly overnight stay rate. An average of a 2-night stay, with the applied 25% discount, is a total fee of $1,421.10 which also includes the lodge for a ceremony and reception. Additional nights can be booked for a nightly rate. Nightly fees range from $1,299/night to $2,419/night (prior to the 25% discount) from November 2015 to March 2016. These rates can fluctuate by month, week, date, and availability. Rates and night minimums (anywhere from 2-5 night minimums) will vary during peak season and over holiday weekends. Christmas week through New Years is not available for wedding bookings. Peak months are November through April. Please inquire for weekday and weekly rates available.Amenities And Requirements
