The Hale Koa Hotel is Fort DeRussy Armed Forces Recreation Center is a resort serving members of the U.S. Armed Forces and their families. Venue Notes

Wedding bookings are only for active or retired of the national guard or reserve or department of defense civilian employee. Military ID or CAC are required. Eligible users can sponsor an event. Any questions regarding eligibility, please contact the catering office or visit: http://www.halekoa.com/accommodations/accommodations/eligibility.html There is no rental fee for the reception. The venue allows for 4.5 to 5 hours of event time excluding set up and clean up time. The set up fee for a wedding ceremony is $700. Daytime weddings are available from 10AM to 2PM. All event start times must be approved by the venue. Guest minimum is 25. Additional hours can be arranged. A non-refundable security deposit of $700 is required.
