Boston University Marsh Chapel Overview

Marsh Chapel lies at the center of a thriving civic and young community at Boston University. In service to that community, the Dean, chaplains, and staff of the Chapel happily welcome into their doors any and all who wish to be married in a ceremony that is both traditionally inspired and tastefully guided. The beautiful chapel stands out from the cityscape with its majestic architecture. Marsh Chapel has beautiful wood carvings and pews, slate floors, and large stained glass windows. For this reason, many brides and grooms choose not to add decorative elements to the Chapel, but if you choose to do so, decorations should be kept at a minimum in order to preserve the beauty of the Chapel. The Wedding Director will be on hand at both your rehearsal and wedding ceremony. She and the whole staff will be available to answer any questions you may have and help with any last minute details.
