Hillside Fountain- Spirit of Freedom Fountain Overview
In Emanuel Cleaver II Boulevard Park, The Spirit of Freedom Fountain awaits you. The 5,000 lb. metallic freeform sculpture sits on a pedestal in the middle of a retaining pool, which is elliptical in shape with raised platforms that support the sculpture. For your ideal wedding ceremony, consider saying “I do” in front of this enormous and breathtaking sculpture. With tons of space to bring in seating and an altar, Emanuel Cleaver II Boulevard Park can accommodate all of your wedding wants and needs. The rustic floral altar will be set up adjacent to the Spirit of Freedom Fountain which will shimmer under the sun behind you. The fountain is also the ideal location for you and your loved one to take pictures that you will treasure for a lifetime. If you are looking for a wedding ceremony in a gorgeous outdoor setting complete with sculptures and fountains, you have found the perfect spot.Venue Notes
The rental fee is $150 for a ceremony and reception and includes 5 hours of event time excluding set up and clean up time. Clients can go tour then parks during open hours. For parties larger than 250 or for a 12 hour rental inquire with venue for details. No electricity is provided. Restrooms are not included in the rental. For weddings with more than 250 people in attendance, the use of large equipment (tents larger than 10 x 10, staging, large sound systems, portable restrooms, inflatables, etc.)l or consumption of alcoholic beverages will require general liability insurance for the event and fees for other permits needed may apply, inquire for details.Amenities And Requirements
