Located in the heart of downtown La Crosse, and nested on the banks of the Mississippi River, The La Crosse Center is a premier event facility in the Midwest. The convention hall and arena was originally built in 1980 and has since seen two large renovations and expansions. The center now features two ballrooms ideal for wedding ceremonies. The newest Riverside Ballroom offers a breathtaking panoramic view of the river for up to 600 guests with a terrace for up to 150 guests for an intimate outdoor ceremony. The South Ballroom offers a beautiful river view for up to 300 guests. The La Crosse Center makes a perfect complement to ceremonies held off site at a nearby park, or local place of worship. However, you can conveniently host both ceremony and reception all on-site. Whether you envision an intimate gathering of your closest family and friends or a larger than life celebration, The La Crosse Center can accommodate your special day.
