At the Eighteen Ninety building, equipped with a bridal suite and groom’s quarters, both accommodating for the entire bridal party, you’ll have memorable moments as you prepare for the best day of your life. The staff works with you to design your wedding and reception just the way you want. The spacious reception area is elegant and unique, and accommodates a large amount of your family and friends. The rental fee ranges from $4,675 to $5,500 for a ceremony and reception and includes 5 hours of event time excluding set up and clean up time. There is also a guest minimum of 80 applied to all events. Additional hours can be arranged for a fee of $250/hr. A refundable security deposit of $1,000 is required.
