The rental fee with the food and beverage minimum is $12,500 for a reception The set up fee for a ceremony is $500 with the reception which includes 12 hours of event time, set up and clean up time. The set up fee for a ceremony is $500 with reception rental or $1,000 for a ceremony only wedding.
