Embassy Suites Albuquerque Overview

The Embassy Suites by Hilton Albuquerque is a one stop wedding venue that can accommodate guest sizes from 20 to 600. Our beautiful atrium offers an outdoor ceremony experience that is coupled with the indoor benefits of climate control. No need to worry about guests getting lost in traffic as they can simply walk over to the cocktail reception and enjoy bar service while you take your time with photos. Once you're ready, our banquet staff can open the doors to your ballroom reception where we have taken care of all of the set up, including tables, chairs, linens, centerpieces, staging, and pipe and drape. Enjoy a meal of your choosing off of our extensive menu created by an in house Chef. Finally, dance the night away on a generously sized dance floor, and when you're ready, head up to a complimentary premium suite. To top it off, our wedding specialist will work with you every step of the way from booking to planning and executing. We guarantee a positively memorable experience!

Venue Notes

Wedding Package - $1000.00++. Includes: a honeymoon suite for the newly weds, champagne & chocolate-covered strawberries delivered to the honeymoon suite, a certificate for a complimentary one-night stay (good for one year), cake cutting service, champagne toast service, ballroom setup (tables, chairs, dance floor), special guestroom rates for your guests (based on availability), cooked-to-order breakfast for all hotel guests, and complimentary parking for all of your guests. Ceremony Package - $1500.00++. Includes: use of hotel atrium from 1pm to 4pm (or use of a ballroom space for a more private event), bridal suite from noon to 3pm, chairs & white chair covers, aisle runner, and room setup (staging, tall boys, pipe & drape). **A food and beverage minimum is written into all special occasion contracts.
