Nested among pine trees and overlooking picturesque valleys, this quaint five bedroom inn is located between Lake Champlain and the high peaks region of the Green Mountains in Vermont, just 30 minutes from Burlington. Its magnificent hand-crafted wood beam October Barn was built in 2012 with timber frames harvested from the surrounding woods. Featuring breathtaking views, abundant windows, and endless charm, this stunning event venue offers a picture perfect backdrop for both your wedding ceremony and reception. Due to its radiant floor heating and modern amenities, the October Barn is able to host weddings year-round, so you can have the enchanting winter Vermont wedding or the whimsical summer wedding you've always dreamed of. Invite up to 110 loved ones to celebrate your special day at the Inn at Grace Farm and it's sure to be the happiest day of your life!Venue Notes
The rental fee ranges from $2,900 to $3,900 for a reception and ceremony and includes 12 hours of event time excluding set up and clean up time. A refundable security deposit of $500 is required. Please note venue is only available for events on Saturday. Please inquire about full weekend buyouts from Friday through Sunday.
