The rental fee ranges from $950 to $3,200 for a reception and includes 14 hours of event time excluding set up and clean up time. The set up fee for a ceremony is $500 for 2 hours. We also have an 8 hour rental option for weekdays. Additional hours can be arranged for a fee of $150/hr. A refundable security deposit of $500 is required.Amenities And Requirements

- Alcohol must be served by licensed bartender/caterer- Amplified music OK indoors and outdoors- BYO alcohol- Choose from a list for catering- Music must end by 11:00PM- No rice, birdseed, confetti, etc.- No smoking- Venue must approve all decorations
