    The rental fee ranges from $13,000 to $32,000 for a reception and includes 5 hours of event time excluding set up and clean up time. Additional hours can be arranged for a fee of $20 per person, per hour. A non refundable deposit of $1000 is required to hold the dates based on the booking date.
