Set high atop Nob Hill within an historic landmark building completed in 1909, The Ritz-Carlton, San Francisco features one of San Francisco’s finest examples of Neo-Classical architecture. The Terrace Courtyard is a prefect location to say "I do!". The classic red brick terrace is enclosed by an impeccably manicured garden of roses, herbs and boxed hedges. The surrounding cityscape of landmark buildings provides a stunning backdrop, an ideal combination of charm and elegance! The Terrace Room provides a classic and glamorous feel for receptions. Natural light and easy access to an outdoor patio will allow your guests to comfortably mingle both inside and outside and it includes a generous prefunction area with built-in marble bar. Gorgeously designed modern chandeliers and ornate carpeting decorate the room for a truly remarkable reception ambiance. For a large celebration, choose the Ritz-Carlton Ballroom, which is used in tandem with the adjacent Galleries. Perfect for cocktails and hors d’oeuvres, each elegantly appointed Gallery, inspired by couture fashion, features Bavarian crystal chandeliers, silver leaf wall coverings and lavish carpeting in grey and black with a floral motif. Food and beverage minimum starting at $18,000 for the Terrace Room and starting at $50,000 for the Ritz-Carlton Ballroom; minimum is dependent on the specific date, estimated charges, and contracted event space. Facility fees start at $5,000-$8,000 for the Terrace Room and $8,000-$12,000 for the Ballroom. A ceremony site fee ranging between $6,000 to $10,000 applies for onsite ceremonies. Specific rate dependent on date and space selected.
