Conveniently host ceremony, cocktail hour and reception all in one place. Take your celebration to new heights and exchange vows in a romantic ceremony on the Second Floor. The Second floor also offers a beautiful balcony area overlooking the mountains of Asheville, perfect for cocktail hour. Dine and dance. Toast to your new life together in a grand reception on the Mezzanine level. The professional staff is dedicated to creating a celebration you will cherish forever by orchestrating your special day with finesse, attention to detail and excellence in service.

Venue Notes

The rental fee ranges from $2,500-$3,500 for a reception and includes 5 hours of event time excluding set up and clean up time. The fee for a ceremony is $600 with reception rental. The fee for a ceremony only wedding ranges from $750 to $2,500. Additional hours can be arranged for a fee of $500/hr.
