Dahl Arts Center Overview

Known as one of Rapid City’s most unique wedding venues, the Dahl Art Center provides soon-to-be-wed couples with a spacious, contemporary setting to house their big day! Each space serves as a blank slate, allowing you to create the kind of event you’ve always envisioned. The John T. Vucurevich Event Center boasts luscious black velvet curtains, polished cement floor, sky high ceilings and grand oversized windows that overlook downtown Rapid City. For a more intimate occasion, look to the Mark & Carolyn Mollers Cyclorama Mural Room. This creative space showcases the surrounding art, while providing a unique setting for an elegant reception. One of the most versatile spaces is the Bruce H. Lien Cultural Cafe and Gallery, featuring soft designer lighting and floor-to-ceiling windows boasting beautiful city views and and artwork that is sure to turn heads. The Cafe and Gallery is ideal for small buffet-style receptions or a relaxing cocktail hour.

Venue Notes

The rental fee is $2,385-3,995 for a reception and includes a full day rental. The set up fee for a ceremony is $250 with reception rental for $1,200 for a ceremony only wedding. For non-licensed catered events, a centralized point of contact is required day of the event.
