Venue Summary: The Event Center at Sandia Golf Club provides a beautiful, one-of-a-kind event location with extraordinary views of the Sandia Mountains and the beautifully maintained golf course. The 12,000 square ft. facility offers a uniquely private and secluded location and features flexible indoor and outdoor event space to accommodate groups ranging from 20 – 500. The ballroom divides into multiple configurations with the flexibility to host several functions simultaneously or break-out sessions for meeting and conferences. The main ballroom boasts 5,300 square ft. of event space whose north wall is entirely glass and looks onto the attached patio and Sandia Mountains. This 1,800 square ft. indoor/outdoor patio has a folding glass wall that can be completely opened to create an incredible indoor/outdoor space that spills onto an event lawn for ceremonies, parties, and receptions. This venue also offers the rare feature of a private dressing that is connected to the Green Reed Spa and Salon. Meeting planners and brides can relax knowing they can retreat to their private room to prepare for their big event without having to leave the property. In addition, the Event Center features a state of the art Audio/Visual system designed specifically to meet the needs of all types of events. With 4 separate projectors and screens in the ballroom, 2 – 65” HDTV on the patio, multiple video and audio sources, plug-in locations throughout the facility, you will be amazed at the flexibility and clarity of this system.

Venue Notes

There is no rental fee for the reception but there is a food and beverage minimum applied to all events. The venue allows 7 hours of event time excluding set up and clean up time. The set up fee for a wedding ceremony is $2,000. Additional hours can be arranged for a fee, please inquire with venue for details.
