The Loft at 14th Overview

Located in historic downtown Concord, The Loft at 14th is a beautifully rustic venue that creates a truly one-of-a-kind backdrop for your big day! Intertwining historic beauty with contemporary cool, this setting provides soon-to-be-wed couples with a versatile setting for saying their “I do’s” and dancing the night away. The expansive floor plan and loft-like set up are ideal for DIY couples who want their big day to look exactly the way they have always envisioned. Exposed red brick walls add a raw, industrial touch to the space without foregoing a sense of warmth and welcoming. Towering ceilings adorned with softly lit lanterns cast a romantic light over the entire space, creating an atmospheric feel during your occasion. If you would rather bask in the sun, open up the expansive windows and welcome the natural light inside. Hardwood floors contribute to the space’s loft feel and provide foundation for dancing the night away with your new spouse!

Weekday: Monday thru Friday until 2PM - $75/Hour Monday thru Friday - 2PM - 2AM - $100/hr Weekend: Fridays between 2PM until 2AM - $125/hour Saturday between 8AM until 1PM - $100/hour Saturday between 2PM until 2AM - $125/hour Sunday between 8AM - 1PM - $75/hour Sunday between 2PM until 2AM - $125/hour - Tables and Chairs (That I set up) - Setup, Breakdown and cleanup of the space. - Access to our full kitchen with the option to cater yourself or bring in a caterer and alcohol. - Full surround sound speakers. - Free parking located in the parking deck directly beside the loft. Capacity of The Loft is 100 Cocktail Style, 75 for a seated dinner and 50 for a Wedding. Dates are reserved with a 50% retainer of desired rental time and a signed rental agreement. The remaining 50% is due, 1 week prior to the event date!
