After your picture perfect ceremony, retreat to the recently transformed barn for an unforgettable wedding reception. The gorgeous barn features a 24-foot ceiling as well as tons of special details, such as reclaimed white oak in the foyer, an antique chandelier, tin accents, and salvaged furniture from other parts of the farm. Adjacent to its birch wood dance floor is a beautiful flagstone patio that is perfect for an outdoor cocktail reception or elegant dinner beneath glimmering bistro string lights. The Grounds of the Terian Farms Event Center covers 28+ plush rolling acres of private farmland with picturesque hills and towering trees. Terian Farms Wedding and Event Center is conveniently located just 25 minutes East of downtown Nashville, Tennessee. We have embraced our authenticity by keeping as much of the old worn wood and stall doors which have helped our barns retain their old rustic charm, but in addition, we added our own creative slant to its new purpose. With lots of interesting furniture pieces, farmhouse tables, whiskey barrel bars, vintage pieces, and signs – you will have a delightful time infusing your influence with ours. Upon arrival through our tree covered driveway, guests will enter the main barn of Terian Farms Event Center. Originally a Welsh Hunter/Jumper barn shares a venue capacity of up to 200 guests under 24-foot vaulted ceilings with a gorgeous attached foyer decorated in reclaimed white oak for greeting the wedding guests. The birch wood dance floor creates a gleaming centerpiece beneath the rustic chandelier and sparkling strings of party lights awaiting the first dance under the stars. Painstakingly restored and renovated, the main barn combines reclaimed smoky walnut and vintage cherry wood with the comfort of a sleekly designed bar, well-outfitted restrooms, air conditioning and heating, and audio systems. An attached stone patio accommodates space for a quiet cocktail hour or a dreamy evening filled with laughter and exceptional memories to be made under the stars. This solid and memorable building is uniquely redesigned to facilitate flawless events. Stroll down to where you will meet our smaller barn of which took over the main barn's original purpose, housing the Welsh Hunter/Jumper ponies. Guests and Photographers often love this barn for wedding photos with friends and family.
