The Francis Land House is a Virginia Historic Landmark and serves as a beloved location to exchange vows. This historic home boasts heart of pine floors and is furnished with a mix of period antiques to reflect the period that Francis Land VI and family were in residence, circa 1805-1819. The manicured grounds include a herb and vegetable garden, cellars and even a wooded wetland park with a trail leading to the Lynnhaven River. The rental fee ranges is $2,000 for a ceremony and reception and includes 4 hours of event time excluding set up and clean up time. The fee for a ceremony only wedding is $1,000. Additional hours can be arranged for a fee of $500/hr.Amenities And Requirements
