Trianon Theatre Overview
Just one block from City Hall in downtown San Jose, lies the historic Trianon Theatre, whose unsurpassed acoustics and beauty attracts many for wedding celebrations. Built in 1923, the Trianon Theatre is reminiscent of the Grand Trianon and the Petit Trianon on the grounds of Versailles near Paris, both acclaimed for their artful expression of sublime simplicity. The theatre has been known over the past many years as Le Petit Trianon. The theatre’s main auditorium possesses excellent acoustics, and seats 318, and it is ideal for a private wedding ceremony. Elegant recently re-designed Banquet Hall can host a reception for up to 100 people. The Art Gallery, nice foyer area, and Main Lobby also offer additional spaces to use at your pleasure. The rental fee is $2,200 for a reception. The venue allows up to 7 hours of event time excluding set up and clean up time. For more specific information on fees, please inquire directly with the venue. A refundable security deposit of $1,000 is required at time of contract signing. Outdoor ceremony options may be available, please inquire with the venue for more details.
