Sanctuary at Admiral Overview

The Sanctuary at Admiral is a unique space for life’s special events managed by Duos Company. We provide catering from Duos Catering, A Grand Affaire and Foodz Catering. Together they create a seamless atmosphere striving to make your wedding event flawless. Upon arriving at Sanctuary, you're greeted by a Courtyard, enclosed by wrought iron gates with surrounding landscaping and plenty of seating. You'll enter the building into the airy Foyer, where the diamond patterned terrazzo floor is a lovely counterpoint to the soaring 25 foot ceiling. From the foyer you'll find the Grand Room, or the Sanctuary. The second tier of the Grand Room is the Seating Area, which can accommodate up to 150 guests for sit-down events and 200 guests for cocktail-style events. From there, you look directly onto the Stage Area with its beautiful dark mahogany paneling and hand painted mural on surrounding walls and ceiling. Sanctuary at Admiral's Exquisite Main Room and Speakeasy theme lounge lends itself to a variety of possibilities for your special day – all imbued with the elegance of this beautiful 1929 Art Deco dwelling.

Venue Notes

The rental fee ranges from $1,400 to $3,125 for a ceremony and reception and includes 8 hours of event time excluding set up and clean up time. A refundable security deposit is required.
