Nestled in the historic Seaboard Railroad Station in downtown Raleigh, TRAINE is a premier event venue to host weddings and special events. Built in the early 1900’s as the original Railway Express operation in Raleigh; this building features original brick walls, wood timber beams and is surrounded by historic charm in a neighborhood next to William Peace University. Its features include a 4,400 square ft. open floor plan, spacious hardwood floors and a main room that opens onto a beautiful outdoor deck. Venue rentals even include color wash lighting and customizable image projection of a logo or monogram. Walking distance to downtown attractions, this venue is convenient and comfortable. It is also located next to many great shops & restaurants within Seaboard Station. Imagine tables of festive food and beverages as you celebrate the most romantic day of your life. The rental fee ranges from $2,750 to $5,500 for a ceremony and reception and includes 5 hours of event time excluding set up and clean up time. Additional hours can be arranged for a fee of $750/hr. There is an outdoor space and deck, garage doors that all open up and a brand new bridal suite/corporate lounge launching in the Spring of 2020.
