Piedmont Room and Piedmont Garden Tent Overview

Located in a building originally built as horse stables for local racing enthusiasts, the Piedmont Room has undergone some fabulous transformations. From 1928 until the late 1970s, the building housed the golf course clubhouse and Men’s Club. It has been used for special events of all types since the late 1990s. The Piedmont Room features dramatic thirty foot ceilings and 5500 square feet of space for parties up to 250 guests. The grand twelve foot windows offer exceptional views of Piedmont Park and the Midtown skyline. The Garden Tent features soaring ceilings with white silk lining, crystal chandeliers, gold chiavari chairs with ivory cushions, ivory table linens, checkered dance floor and optional staging and festive white Chinese lanterns. The 3200 square foot tent can accommodate up to 175 guests. For parties of 175 or more, tent extensions may be added to expand the tent to 5500 square feet to accommodate up to 400 guests. Venue Notes

The rental fee ranges from $750 to $4,000 for a reception and includes 6 hours of event time excluding set up and clean up time. There is also a food and beverage minimum applied to all events. The set up fee for a ceremony is $750 with reception rental. Additional hours can be arranged for a fee of $150/hr.
