The rental fee ranges from $3,000 to $4,800 for a ceremony and reception and includes 4 hours of event time excluding set up and clean up time. - Alcohol must be provided by venue- All food and beverage handled by venue- Amplified music OK indoors and outdoors- Exclusive caterer for venue- Music must end by 9:30PM- No rice, birdseed, confetti, etc.- Smoking in designated areas only- Venue must approve all decorations
