There is no rental fee for the reception but there is a food and beverage minimum applied to all events. Rates may increase during peak season and during the holidays. The venue allows for up to 5 hours of event time excluding set up and clean up time. For a private bar or for any group over 25, a $100 bar set-up fee applies.
