The Oceanic Overview

The beauty of the Crystal Coast makes the Oceanic a stunning location to host your entire wedding celebration—from ceremony to reception. Located on the south end of Wrightsville Beach, the restaurant sits directly on the beach and boasts a pier extending over the Atlantic Ocean. The Oceanic specializes in celebrations of all sizes, whether you envision an intimate gathering of up to 60 guests in a private dining room or desire a grand affair of up to 150 loved ones on the historic Crystal Pier. Our pier, which is connected to the restaurant, makes a romantic location for an alfresco, beachfront ceremony. Smaller parties will love our private, 3rd-floor dining room, The Mira Mar Loft offers spectacular views of the Atlantic Ocean, Wrightsville Beach, and Masonboro Island. Our 2nd floor is also available for private events and accommodates up to 120 guests for an event. This space has windows on three sides out to the ocean, the beach and the jetty with unbeatable views! Please note, this building does not have an elevator in the case that you have guests needing the accessibility. Not to be outdone by the breath-taking panoramic ocean views, you and your guests will indulge in southern-inspired coastal cuisine that will delight your palates. Our professional event staff are ready to help you create the coastal wedding of your dreams!

Venue Notes

There is no rental fee for the reception but there is a food and beverage minimum applied to all events. The venue allows 5 hours of event time excluding set up and clean up time. The set up fee for a wedding ceremony is $1,000. Additional hours are available, please inquire directly with the venue. Please note the service fee is taxable.
