Piatt Castles Overview
You have always wanted this day to be special, and the majestic setting of Piatt Castles will create the perfect backdrop for your wedding. Filled with elegance and history, this venue has it all. Like the Mecoche division of the Shawnee people who occupied the land before them, the Piatts treasure the resources and the spirit of the valley they call home. In the 1820's, Judge Benjamin M. and Elizabeth Barnett Piatt moved their family from Cincinnati to the rolling hills of Logan County. Two of their children, Abram Sanders and Donn later built their own homes, Mac-A-Cheek and Mac-O-Chee in the countryside they knew as youths. These unique structures have become a private, family-owned museum that interprets over 200 years of history of the Ohio land and Ohio people. The rental fee ranges from $500 to $600 for a reception and includes 6 hours of event time excluding set up and clean up time. The set up fee for a ceremony is $150 with reception rental. Please note event must begin after 6:30PM. Only hosted bar is allowed at the venue. Please inquire directly with the venue regarding their "royal experience" which includes full access to the castle during the event.Amenities And Requirements
