The number of guests attending your wedding determines a ceremony set up fee of $500.00 --$1,500.00 There is no rental fee for the reception but there is a food and beverage minimum applied to all events. A food and beverage minimum expenditure is a specific dollar amount in which you have to achieve, before service fee and tax, in order to utilize the space. Service Charge is 25% and VA Sales Tax is 6%
