    The rental fee ranges from $360 to $700 for an indoor ceremony and reception and includes 12 hours of event time including set up and clean up time. The set up fee for an outdoor ceremony ranges from $60 to $100 with reception rental or ranges from $360 to $700 for a ceremony only wedding. A refundable security deposit of $200 is required.
