The rental fee is $1,500 for a ceremony and reception and includes 5 hours of event time excluding set up and clean up time. The fee for a ceremony only wedding is $250. - Amplified music OK indoors and outdoors- Approved outside caterer allowed- BYO alcohol- General liability insurance required- Music must end by 2:00AM- No rice, birdseed, confetti, etc.- Smoking in designated areas only- Venue must approve all decorations
