The rental fee ranges from $2,500 to $3,000 for a reception and includes 12 hours of event time including set up and clean up time. The set up fee for a ceremony ranges from $700 to $800 with reception rental or $3,000 for a ceremony only wedding. A refundable security deposit of $500 is required.
