In warmer months, the museum’s outdoor courtyard can be used for the wedding ceremony. The magnificent Renaissance Court provides an opulent and elegant setting, and guests will marvel at the museum’s many exhibits. The rental fee ranges from $5000 for the Museum Café to $8,500 in the Renaissance Court for a reception including 4 hours of event time, excluding set up and break down time. Additional fee for 5th hour. The fee for onsite ceremony with reception is $1000 and includes an additional half hour of event time, wedding rehearsal and a dedicated wedding coordinator. Requirements
- Alcohol must be provided by venue- Amplified music OK indoors and outdoors- Choose from a list for catering- Delivery charge for tables and or additional or special chairs is $65- Flash photography may not be used within museum galleries- Flowers must come from a florist so that they will have been treated for prevention of bugs- Music must end by midnight- No form of alcoholic beverages may be given as favors unless at the conclusion of an event- No rice, birdseed, confetti, etc.- Red and Rose Wine may not be served in the Renaissance Court due to the delicate nature of the Museum collection- Smoking in designated areas only- Usage of tripods by photographers must be discussed ahead of time- Venue must approve all decorations
