This historic 2-story bungalow offers a unique and stylish space surrounded by flagstone patios, lush landscaping, and a stage in the heart of Garfield Neighborhood arts district that would be perfect as your wedding backdrop. A creative flexible venue awaits so that your imagination is your only limit to the possibilities. A patio garden oasis that surrounds Alwun House provides an exciting outdoor space for your big day as you and your friends and family all gather together to celebrate your love and happiness. Your rental would include use of our tables and chairs, food tent and separate bar service area, stage, dressing room and both garden patios. There are multiple areas to stage the ceremony, even the front yard lawn has been used for the ceremony. You would have access the entire day (9am to midnight) allowing you time to start setup in morning, decorate per your desires then host the ceremony/reception in afternoon/evening. We do permit self catering, or any professional cater you like. even food trucks are an option. It's pack-it-in and pack-it-out in the one day. You will also have access to safe parking for 30 vehicles adjacent to the property.
