There is no rental fee for the reception but there is a food and beverage minimum applied to all events. The venue allows 5 hours of event time excluding set up and clean up time. The set up fee for a wedding ceremony is $500 and includes an extra hour of event time. The wedding package shown on Wedding Spot is the Signature Package which starts at $75 per person and includes a 3-course plated meal and one hour of open bar. All packages are completely customizable and adding or removing services will alter the price.
