The rental fee ranges from $1,500 to $4,000 for a reception and/or ceremony and includes 4 hours of event time excluding set up and clean up time. There is also a food and beverage minimum applied to all events. Additional hours can be arranged for a fee of $300/hr. Off peak events include 6 hours of event time. Indoor ceremony and receptions require a room flipping fee. Indoor space includes use of outdoor space.Amenities And Requirements
