The Bell Event Centre has a fee to rent the space and a minimum-spending requirement that is based on the day of the week and the time of year. Included is the following: setup, tear down, tables, lighting, floor length linens & napkins in a variety of colors, gold chiavari chairs, glass chargers, customized menu cards, altar candles, glassware, china, cake cutting and a day of coordinator. Also included is our charming cobblestone courtyard (weather permitting) with city views for your cocktail hour, access to our beautiful Bride and Groom’s suites 3 hours prior to your event time (additional time may be purchased) and use of our shuttle, Bell Transportation, to transport guests at the end of the event.Amenities And Requirements

- Alcohol must be provided by venue- All food and beverage handled by venue- Amplified music OK indoors only- Catering provided by venue- Food & beverage minimum- Music must end by 1:00AM- No rice, birdseed, confetti, etc.- Smoking in designated areas only- Venue must approve all decorations
