Howell Opera House Overview

The Howell Opera House is sustained in part by the rental of its first floor for public and private activities. The rentals are based on availability and scheduled around the LAC’s own events and programs during the year. If you’re looking for a unique and beautiful location to hold your wedding event, consider the Howell Opera House! The renovated first floor of the historic building is available on various weekdays and weekends. It is perfect for a weddings and receptions. There are two rooms available for rent: The Grand, a 3400 square foot room with exposed brick walls, track and pendant lighting, and a separate lobby area. The Walnut Room is 390 square feet and perfect for smaller meetings or for use as a food preparation area. Gather your family and friends and let Howell Opera House set the stage for memorable wedding event.

Venue Notes

The rental fee ranges from $1,800 for a reception and includes 6 hours of event time excluding set up and clean up time. The set up fee for a ceremony is $125 with reception rental or $1,800 for a ceremony only wedding. An additional hour is included with the addition of a ceremony. Insurance is required with BYO alcohol.
