There is no rental fee for the reception and ceremony but there is a food and beverage requirement applied to all events. The venue allows 5 hours of event time excluding set up and clean up time. Additional hours can be arranged for a fee of $125/hr.Amenities And Requirements

- Alcohol must be provided by venue- All food and beverage handled by venue- Amplified music OK indoors and outdoors- Biodegradable throwables only- Catering provided by venue- Food & beverage minimum- General liability insurance required- Music must end by 11:00PM- No open flames allowed indoors, outdoors OK- No rice, birdseed, confetti, etc.- No smoking
