Victoria Gardens Cultural Center Overview
The Victoria Gardens Cultural Center is owned and operated by the City of Rancho Cucamonga. The center’s entrance is a lovely archway made of glass. The Imagination Courtyard stands in the center of a semi-circle formed by the surrounding buildings. The Courtyard is a large cobble-stoned space ideal for an outdoor ceremony, cocktail hour or reception. Make your ceremony an impressive display of love by exchanging vows on the stage of the beautiful Lewis Family Theater. If you desire a more private and intimate ceremony there is the MainStreet Lobby. At one end of the lobby is a staircase, ideal for your grand entrance. Continue the wedding festivities in the Celebration Hall Ballroom, where you and your guests can enjoy dancing and a delectable menu. The Celebration Ballroom is a vast, airy space that boasts ivory walls, polished floors, large windows and an outdoor patio. Use your imagination and take advantage of the staff’s creative experience to transform this space into a setting that reflects you.Venue Notes
The rental fee starts at $2,000 for a reception and includes 6 hours of rental time including set up and clean up time. The fee for a ceremony starts at $1,000 for up to 130 guests with the reception rental. For guest counts greater than 130, an additional $5/per person is required. Additional hours can be arranged for a fee of $250/hr. A refundable security deposit of $500-$1,000 is required. A security guard(s) is required to hire when alcohol is served on the premises. - Alcohol is permitted when both bride and groom are over 21 years of age- Alcohol must be served by licensed bartender/caterer- All food and beverage handled by venue- Amplified music OK indoors and outdoors- Choose from a list for catering- General liability insurance required- Music must end by 1:00AM- No rice, birdseed, confetti, etc.- No smoking- Security is required when alcohol is served- Venue must approve all decorations
