Big Chill has been creating great meals and memories for over two decades. Over time, the spaciousness and charm of this venue led to a high demand of private special event bookings. Giving in to the public's demand, Big Chill became Charlotte's Premier special events venue available for wedding ceremonies and receptions. Wedding planning can be an overwhelming experience in the anticipation of "The Big Day". Let Big Chill take some of that weight off of your shoulders so that when it is time for your reception, it’s time for you to just “Chill”. The Wedding Specialists and professional staff will make sure that you are a guest at your own wedding! The facility is over 13,000 square feet with a 1,000 square foot dance floor to keep your guests dancing all night long. The venue can accommodate up to 650 guests for a cocktail style reception and up to 300 for a sit-down reception. Attention to detail, experience and reliability ensure that your event will be a smashing success!Venue Notes
The rental fee ranges from $1,500 to $2,500 for a reception and includes 4 hours of event time excluding set up and clean up time. The set up fee for a ceremony in addition to the reception is $650 and is a total of 5 hours. Additional hours can be arranged for a fee of $325/hr.Amenities And Requirements
