The rental fee ranges from $1,500 to $2,000 for a reception and ceremony and includes 10 hours of event time excluding set up and clean up time. A refundable security deposit of $300 is required. Event booking includes use of both indoor and outdoor space. As long as weddings are booked within 7 days of the site tour, tables and chairs are included, otherwise there is an additional charge. - Alcohol must be served by licensed bartender/caterer- Amplified music OK indoors and outdoors- Approved outside caterer allowed- BYO alcohol- Music must end by 2:00AM- No open flames allowed, LED candles only- Outdoor music must end by 10:30PM- Smoking in designated areas only- Venue must approve all decorations- Wedding coordinator required
