Boutwell Auditorium Overview

Sitting in downtown Birmingham’s Business District, the Boutwell Auditorium is a massive, industrial-chic venue ready to host your wedding and reception in style- art-deco style, to be exact. From the exhibition hall, you and your guests will have a serene view of the fountain and greenery of Linn Park, and the Main Arena offers a lookout onto the impressive Birmingham City Hall, with its sprawling mall and elegant fountains. These spots are perfect for pre- and post- wedding photos, from the first look to family portraits. For large ceremonies and receptions, the Main Area will accommodate up to 6,000 guests, but if you’ve a smaller event in mind, the Exhibition Hall is also available. It has a capacity for up to 1,000 guests. From the beginning of your wedding-planning process, you’ll be warmly welcomed by dedicated staff intent on ensuring your perfect day goes off without a hitch.
